We worked in hospitality. We saw what could be better. So we're building it.

Why we built this

We've been on the receiving end of hospitality software for years. We watched the shortcomings stack up — clunky interfaces, tools that fought our team instead of helping them, hardware that died on busy Friday nights, guests waiting because a system was down.

Every product we tried was almost there. None of them quite made it. And the more we used them, the more obvious it became that the people building them had never actually worked the floor.

So we had a vision: build something that's seamless for both sides. For the guest, an experience that feels effortless from drop-off to pickup. For the hotel and the operator, tools that just work — no IT calls, no paper backups, no excuses.

Vantage is the answer to "why isn't this better?" — built by people who lived the problem and decided to make something better than what's available.

Easier for everyone

Our software has to make life easier for the guest, the valet, the front desk, and the operator at the top — all at once. If it only works for one of them, it's not done.

Real input, real software

Every feature starts with a problem someone on the floor described to us. We don't ship anything that hasn't been pressure-tested by people who'll use it on a busy Saturday night.

No lock-in

You shouldn't have to lease our hardware. You shouldn't be stuck on a contract. You shouldn't have to wait six weeks to get a price quote. Use what works, leave when you want.
