Vantage Technologies LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction and we will issue one, no questions asked.
This applies to all our SKUs: the one-time Setup fee, the monthly Retainer subscription, and the per-seat User subscription. The same 14-day window applies to each charge, including each monthly renewal of a subscription.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Vantage account. Please include the transaction date and amount so we can locate the charge quickly.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
Cancellation alone does not generate a refund for the most recent charge — if you also want a refund of the most recent charge, request it within the 14-day window above.
If you believe a charge is in error, please email [email protected] first. We will work with you to resolve any billing dispute quickly. Contacting us directly is always faster than a chargeback and avoids the additional fees a chargeback can incur.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
