A seat is any active user account — whether that's an owner, general manager, valet manager, or attendant. If someone logs in and works the floor, they're a seat. Deactivated accounts don't count.
Yes. Cancel from your Team page — no phone calls, no cancellation fees, no hoops. Your service continues through the end of your current billing period.
Yes — you can start using Vantage for free to explore the platform. When you're ready to go live with your team, we'll put together a plan based on your operation.
Billing is monthly, processed automatically through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and sales tax. Add or remove seats anytime and your next invoice adjusts automatically.
