These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantage platform ("Service"), operated by Vantage Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a company based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vantage is a cloud-based hospitality management software platform (SaaS) designed for hotel valet parking operations, guest communication, and payment processing.
To use Vantage, your organization ("Customer") must create an account. The Customer is responsible for all activity under its account, including the actions of staff members granted access. You agree to keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Customer administrators (Owners, General Managers) are responsible for managing their team's accounts, including creating, deactivating, and assigning roles to staff members.
Pricing is determined by your service agreement. Vantage Technologies LLC sells three SKUs: a one-time Setup fee, a monthly Retainer subscription, and a per-seat User subscription billed per active user account in the system.
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, sales tax collection and remittance, and customer payment data on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method each billing cycle on behalf of Vantage. Invoices and receipts are provided by Paddle.
Vantage reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply until the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Team page in your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. No cancellation fees apply. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Refund eligibility for the most recent charge is governed by our Refund Policy.
After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.
The Service stores the following data on behalf of the Customer: valet ticket records, guest names, phone numbers, vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate), vehicle walk-around photos, staff activity logs, and payment transaction records.
Vehicle photos are automatically deleted after 7 days. All other ticket and operational data is retained for the duration of the Customer's active subscription.
Vantage Technologies LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. The Customer retains full ownership of their operational data, guest information, and any content entered into the platform.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) share account credentials with unauthorized parties; or (e) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, Vantage does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vantage in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Customer may cancel through the dashboard. Vantage may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, Customer data will be available for export for 30 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
